For our patients, underground parking is available below our building. Please be sure to bring your ticket with you for validation.

Insurance Information:

We are a fee-for-service office. We will gladly submit your bill to your insurance company electronically to have them reimburse you, but we do require payment at the time all services are rendered.

Financial Arrangements:

Old Town Smiles does not participate in Health Management Organizations or PPO plans; however, we will be happy to assist in the filing of your insurance claims. We file all claims electronically so that our patients are reimbursed quickly by their insurance carriers. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer flexible payment plans with through Care Credit. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
