The New Patient Experience

Thank you for choosing us as your general and cosmetic dentists. We will take your oral health seriously, listen to your goals and concerns, but always make our office a fun, inviting place where you'll feel confident and well cared for.

Plan an hour and a half for your comprehensive new patient exam. We will thoroughly evaluate all aspects of your oral health, then talk with you to learn how we can serve you best. Your exam will include:

• Background and Health History
• X-Rays
• Extraoral & Intraoral Photos
• Periodontal Charting and Assessment
• Tooth-by-Tooth Evaluation
• DIAGNOdent Decay Scan
• TMJ/Neuromuscular Exam
• Occlusal Exam (bite)
• Impressions (if necessary)
• CAESY Educational Videos or CD

After gathering data about your oral health status, we'll share our findings and photos with you in the consultation room. By explaining what we found in easy-to-understand language and with visual aids presented on a monitor, you'll understand your situation.

The dentist will also present treatment options and may show you videos of procedures so that you fully comprehend your options. Armed with knowledge, you can make informed decisions about treatment. We will also consult with you on payment options, if you would like. With creative financing, almost anyone can afford the dental care they want and need.
